By accessing or using AiroDZ ("the Service"), operated at app.airodz.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AiroDZ is a web-based platform for managing skydiving dropzone operations, including but not limited to manifest management, people management, aircraft tracking, and financial transactions. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it.

Dropzone administrators are responsible for the data entered by their staff and for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiroDZ and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

AiroDZ is a management tool and does not replace safety procedures, regulatory compliance, or professional judgment required in skydiving operations.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@airodz.com.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and content (excluding user data), is the property of AiroDZ and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission.
